Here is a Semi Gothic vestment set in honor of Mary Immaculate. The set comprises traditional sized semi-Gothic Chasuble, matching Stole, Chalice Veil and Burse. A maniple can be sewn to match for $US35. The fabric used is a gold/white metallic church pattern fabric. It is a synthetic, so it may be better suited to cooler climates. The vestments have been lined in a pale gold light weight lining.
This is a one off creation as I have used materials I had in stock.
CHASUBLE
The chasuble measures 53" across the top, from cuff to cuff, and approximately 49" from base of clerical collar. A striking navy blue and gold, 4" wide banding has been used to create the Y Cross bandings.
The edge of the Chasuble is trimmed with quality British Quatrafoil rayon trimming in gold/gold shades. The Chasuble is lined in pale gold light weight lining.
The neckline is the same on both front and back, so this Chasuble can be worn with the Marian emblem either facing the front or to the back.
THE EMBLEM
The custom Marian emblem measures 9" in height and depicts Our Blessed Mother as Mary Immaculate. I chose this image due to the vivid blue hues which blend beautifully with the vestment banding and fabric.
THE STOLE
The stole measures a generous 52.5 inches from the top and is 4.5 inches wide at the fringed base.
CHALICE VEIL
The Chalice Veil measures 19.5 x 20 inches. It is lined in the pale gold lining and features the 4" navy blue/gold banding.
THE BURSE
The Burse measures just under 9 inches square, and is lined in a pure silk. The Burse has a unique navy blue/gold bullion embroidered Cross as shown.
